Step-free access • Helmet Row has step-free access throughout its gallery spaces. • Bury Street has a stepped entrance, please notify us ahead of arrival so that we can ensure the accessibility ramp is in place. Our Bury Street site also has a lower floor that is sometimes used for exhibitions, which we unfortunately do not have lift access for. Registered Service Animals • Registered service animals are welcome - owners are expected to take responsibility for their registered service animal throughout their visit. Visual And Auditory Access • Information about our exhibitions can be requested in large print. • We currently do not offer any induction loops or material in braille. • Where video/audio works are exhibited, transcriptions may be available on request. On Site Facilities • We do not have accessible toilets at either location. • We kindly ask visitors to refrain from eating or drinking inside the gallery, however water is allowed. • Seating is not provided within the gallery.
